Delivery Times

At Pantocre, we work with the best logistics partners to ensure you receive your purchase as quickly and safely as possible. Production time varies depending on the quantities and type of customisation you require. Our average delivery times are around two to three weeks, but it is possible to receive your order in just a few days.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. During holidays, shipping time may be slightly extended. If your order was placed during the weekend or a public holiday, we will start processing your order on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the order volume, delivery area, and chosen service. To find out the shipping cost for your order, please contact our sales team who will provide you with the price via email.

NOTE: Some countries will require the payment of fees and taxes upon delivery. You will be responsible for all fees, customs duties, and sales taxes based on the requirements of your country where the order is being shipped. We are not responsible for the payment of these taxes.

Returns Policy:

At Pantocre, we know how stressful returning a product can be, so we do our best to make your life easier.

Please check the products upon delivery and, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 5 days from the date you received your order to contact us at sales@pantocre.com.

Upon receiving your email, our team will promptly address your situation and, if necessary, the product will be sent to a qualified independent laboratory where the damage will be assessed.

Please ensure that your items are returned new, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging (if applicable).

If, and only if, we confirm that your dissatisfaction results from a failure or defect by Pantocre in the interpretation and/or production of your order, we will refund your money.

Conversely, if it is proven that the observed damage is the customer's responsibility, or that it is not actually a defect, the customer must bear the shipping costs.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Refunds

Pantocre will check the quality of the returned product and will issue a refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy.
You will preferably receive the refund in the same payment method used
for the original purchase. Refund times may vary depending on the
different payment providers.

If your order was shipped to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover them by contacting your local customs office directly.
